How onboarding works

Three steps. One RMIS link. No paperwork pile.

Step 1

Email or call to request the RMIS onboarding link.

We send the RMIS carrier-profile link directly. No faxes, no scanned packets. Have your MC, DOT, COI, W-9, and Authority/A+ rating on hand to upload.

Step 2

Complete your RMIS carrier profile.

RMIS pulls authority and insurance directly from FMCSA and your insurance carrier. You upload Carrier Agreement, W-9, and COI in one session. No fax-back forms.

Step 3

Start booking loads.

Once you are in the system you get our load posts, can call dispatch directly, and get paid on the schedule we agreed to. No layers between you and the operator who booked you.

Requirements

What we need before you can run a load.

  • Active MC and USDOT authority. Minimum 6 months in operation preferred. Newer carriers welcome with a phone call.
  • $1,000,000 auto liability insurance. $100,000 cargo minimum. Reefer breakdown coverage if you run reefer.
  • Certificate of insurance with New Realm Transportation LLC listed as certificate holder.
  • Signed broker-carrier agreement. We send it through RMIS.
  • W-9 on file before first payment.
  • Satisfactory FMCSA safety rating. We check Inspections, Crashes, and Insurance tabs.

If you are a new authority and your insurance is in place, call us. We work with newer carriers when the safety profile and equipment are right.

Pay terms

Standard pay. Clear terms. No surprises.

  • Net-30 from receipt of complete paperwork. That means signed BOL, rate confirmation, and clean invoice.
  • Settlement timing and paperwork requirements are confirmed before dispatch, not after delivery.
  • ACH or check, your choice. ACH is faster.
  • Factoring accepted. Send us the NOA before you load and we pay your factor directly.
  • Detention and lumper covered when documented at the time it happens. Get the receipt.
  • No hidden chargebacks. If a claim comes up we tell you the same day.
Equipment we book

If you run it, we probably have a load for it.

  • Dry van. 53' standard. Most of our weekly volume.
  • Reefer. Multi-temp and single-temp. Produce season and pharma year-round.
  • Flatbed and step deck. Construction, oilfield, building materials.
  • RGN and lowboy. Heavy haul, oversize, machinery.
  • Conestoga. Tarp-sensitive flatbed freight.
  • Hotshot and sprinter. Expedited and partial loads.
  • Power-only for our trailer pool when we need it.
Lanes we run most

Where the volume is.

  • Texas triangle: Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin. Daily.
  • Texas to Southeast: Atlanta, Memphis, Birmingham, Nashville.
  • Texas to West Coast: Phoenix, Las Vegas, LA, Bay Area.
  • Texas to Midwest: Chicago, Indianapolis, Kansas City, St. Louis.
  • Texas to Northeast: Charlotte, NJ/NY metro, Boston.
  • Border lanes: Laredo and El Paso into Mexico.

We post loads outside these lanes too. If you are headed somewhere specific, call dispatch and ask.

What you can expect from us

A few things we promise. We hold ourselves to them.

  • Rate confirmations match the verbal. If we agreed on $2,400, the rate-con says $2,400.
  • Load details are accurate. If it is no-touch, we tell you. If there is a lumper, we tell you. If the receiver is slow, we tell you.
  • Dispatch is a real person, not a queue. Our number rings to a desk, not a holding loop.
  • Payment hits when we said it would. If something delays it, we call you first.
  • Detention gets paid when it is documented. Get the timestamps on the BOL.
  • If a claim comes up, we work it with you. We do not just chargeback and ghost.
